Our approach to therapy is providing a safe and caring space for individuals and families as they work to overcome the obstacles in their lives. We strive to empower individuals and families with information and resources that will bring understanding to their situation. In addition, we help individuals and families to identify their strengths as well as their weaknesses to effectively achieve their personal goals, dreams and aspirations. We have experience working with clients who struggle with spiritual matters, trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement, parenting, end of life, low self-esteem and childhood abuse and neglect. We look forward to partnering with you in your healing process. Additional services include mental health awareness training and self-care consulting.
