In this program, Dr. Elect Star, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, discussed the mental health crisis affecting society today. She highlighted the prevalent Mental Health Disorders, e.g., Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma Related Disorders, identified the signs, symptoms, and treatment, and demonstrated a relaxation technique using the host, Kelly Vaughn, to illustrate how effective and helpful this relaxation technique can be.
